Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and authentication details used to sign in (email/password or OAuth provider).
• Content you provide: chat messages, prompts, and files you upload (including generated outputs you save to your library).
• Service data: basic request metadata (for example, timestamps and usage/limits) needed to operate and secure the service.

Provider Credentials

AxNextGen uses platform-managed provider credentials (for example, OpenRouter and Replicate) to run chat and generations. We do not require you to enter or store API keys in the product.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To provide chat, generation, library, and marketplace features.
• To prevent abuse, enforce limits, and improve reliability.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide the service. This may include sending your prompts and inputs to model providers you select (for example, OpenRouter and Replicate) and storing uploads/outputs in S3-compatible object storage for delivery back to you.

Data Retention

We retain your chats and saved assets until you delete them or your account is removed. Some operational logs may be retained for a limited time for security and debugging.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Choices

• You can delete chats and assets from within the app.
• You can remove stored provider keys from Settings.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
